In Memoriam: Donald “Don” Cooksey
In Memoriam: Donald “Don” Cooksey
It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of Don Cooksey, who served as President of the Destin Snowbirds, Inc. from 2005 to 2006. Don’s leadership helped guide our club during his term, and his commitment did not end when his presidency did. For many years afterward, Don and his wife, Carol, remained active and loyal members, regularly attending our meetings and events. Their friendship, warmth, and steady presence were a meaningful part of the snowbirds community, and Don will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
On behalf of the entire membership, we extend our heartfelt condolences to Carol and the Cooksey family.
